We at The Plant Good Seed Company strongly believe in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us. All of our seeds are germination tested and found to meet or exceed the Federal standards for interstate commerce.
If you are dissatisfied with your product and wish to make a return, we will happily honor any reasonable requests for replacement or reimbursement due to poor germination or accidental mislabeling.
Our seed company’s liability is limited solely to the purchase price of your order. Seeds may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for product replacement or store credit. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to initiate a return. Note, we cannot cover return shipping costs and are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Our orders ship within one to two business days. During our peak order season (February through April) or in exceptional circumstances, this length may be prolonged. Please also note that choosing priority mail shipping does not shorten fulfillment, only the speed of shipping once it reaches the post office. We appreciate your patience!
Lost and Undeliverable Orders
In the event of a lost order, we will send you replacements free of charge or fully refund the cost of your order. However, orders that are shown as delivered via shipment tracking and claimed as lost will be subject to replacement on a discretionary, case by case basis. Orders returned to us for inaccurate address and undeliverable address information will be refunded minus shipping and handling either 1) after the shipment is returned to us; 2) after 30 days of the shipment listing as being returned on tracking.
We ship all international orders via USPS First Class with tracking when available. We can't make specific delivery commitments with international orders. We do not ship orders internationally with phytosanitary certificates. As the buyer, you are responsible for performing all due diligence and ensuring the products you order are capable of being received in your country. We are not financially liable for orders seized by customs, lost, or undelivered items. Orders returned back to us will be refunded for the cost of the order less shipping and handling fees.
