Returns

At All Good Things Organic Seeds we strongly believe in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us. All of our seeds are germination tested and found to meet or exceed the Federal standards for interstate commerce.

If you are dissatisfied with your product and wish to make a return, we will happily honor any reasonable requests for replacement or reimbursement due to poor germination or accidental mislabeling. 

Our seed company’s liability is limited solely to the purchase price of your order. Seeds may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for product replacement or store credit. Please contact us at orders@plantgoodseed.com with your order number to initiate a return. Note, we cannot cover return shipping costs and are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Lost and Undeliverable Orders
 
In the event of a lost order, we will send you replacements free of charge or fully refund the cost of your order. However, orders that are shown as delivered via shipment tracking and claimed as lost will be subject to replacement on a discretionary, case by case basis. Orders returned to us for inaccurate address and undeliverable address information will be refunded minus shipping and handling either 1) after the shipment is returned to us; 2) after 30 days of the shipment listing as being returned on tracking.
