Café Crème – also referred to as Wooly or Grecian Foxglove (Digitalis lanata) is a perennial European flower that typically puts on foliage in its first year and blooms in its second. First year blossoms are possible in warmer winter climates if seeds are started early enough (typically February/March). Tall, proud flowering stalks (approximately 2-3 feet in height) with prolific white and brown blossoms on red tinted stems. Foxgloves are beneficial for insects and their beauty, but all parts of this plant are highly toxic. Plant with care.
