We grew this strain of shirley poppy (Papaver rhoeas) expecting "Amazing Grey" but concluded that that it would false advertising to suggest it was entirely within that color spectrum. Nonetheless, glorious: shades of crinkled maroon, purple, near black, white and yes, grey blossoms.
