A lesson in historical revisionism! Ernest Strubbe's Green Dent Corn (Zea mays) has a well established precedent of being marketed as a Southern Mexican heirloom, but recent scholarshiphas traced this cultivar back to the United States corn belt.

Plants produce exceptionally beautiful 7-9 inches ears with emerald green/yellow kernels.

Dent corns are the most widely grown in the United States today – they are highly versatile, known for high soft starch content, and used in cornmeal and masa, amongst many other industrial purposes.

Seeds are certified organic.
